Returns/Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our absolute priority.  If, for any reason, your product does not meet your expectations, please reach out to us on our contact page or facebook messenger.  We will do our best to resolve your concerns.  Please review the following return and exchange policy prior to placing your order.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to info@celebrityfarmsdirect.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Returns:

You will have 30 days from the time that you receive your order to request a return.  You will be responsible for shipping charges on returned items.  Products must be undamaged and in original packaging when applicable. Please contact us at info@celebrityfarmsdirect.com or through facebook messenger if you are not satisfied with the quality of your product. It is our intention to resolve any issues promptly and courteously.
